Kimmy Nordqvist is an accomplished technology consultant, entrepreneur, public speaker, and community leader who has led global digital transformation initiatives for major corporations that include Audi and H&M as the Founder and Principal of Kimmy IT. Her diverse career experience enables her to view digital transformation efforts from multiple perspectives, and over the past thirteen years her roles have included digital strategist, project manager, software developer, business analyst, and instructor. This unique combination of experience provides Kimmy deep insight into how transformation projects will impact an organization across multiple levels.

In addition to her professional work, Kimmy is also active in the tech community as both a public speaker and advocate for attracting more women to the industry. Her community work has included the launch of an e-magazine for women in tech, conference presentations, meetup events, and blogging.

Kimmy’s project successes have included:

• Digital strategy consulting to multiple international business units within Audi in partnership with Adobe.
• A multi-year initiative to establish an effective social media operation for multinational clothing retailer H&M and five affiliated brands.
• Project Management for an Idea Management System pilot project for Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
• Establishment of a EU-funded web-based community to teach technology skills to immigrant women in Sweden.

Kimmy holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Information Technology from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics from Lund University. She is also a Certified Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and holds the ITIL® v3 Foundation for IT Service Management Certification as well as the IBITGQ EU General Data Protection Regulation Foundation Certification (GDPR F).

Kimmy’s native language is Swedish but she is fluent in English with some proficiency in Polish, Danish, and Norwegian.
